The Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has recently announced the results of the Jammu & Kashmir Combined Competitive (Mains) Examination, 2022. The examination was conducted from 20th February 2023 to 2nd March 2023. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their results and download the PDF containing the roll numbers of the qualified candidates.
According to the official notification released by the JKPSC, the candidates with roll numbers mentioned in Annexure-A of the notification have successfully qualified for the Personality Test. This is a crucial step in the selection process for the J&K Combined Competitive Services, which includes the Junior Scale of J&K Administrative Service, J&K Police (G) Service, and J&K Accounts (G) Service.
However, it is important to note that the candidature of these candidates is provisional and subject to eligibility verification. To proceed further in the selection process, candidates will be required to produce original certificates to validate their claims regarding age, educational qualifications, domicile, category, disability (if applicable), and other relevant documents. The verification will take place during the Personality Test.
The JKPSC has scheduled the Personality Test, also known as the Viva Voce, to commence from 10th July 2023. The interviews will be conducted at the J&K Public Service Commission office located in Solina, Srinagar. Candidates who have been called for the interview can download the e-Summon Letter from the Commission’s official website (https://www.jkpsc.nic.in) starting from 5th July 2023. It is crucial for candidates to note that paper Summon Letters will not be issued, and they must download the e-Summon Letter online.
In case any candidate faces difficulty in downloading the e-Summon Letter, it is advised to immediately contact the office of the Commission for assistance. However, individual intimation regarding the date and time of the Personality Test will not be provided to qualified candidates separately. Therefore, it is essential for candidates to keep track of the official website and stay updated with the latest announcements.
It is worth mentioning that requests for changes in the date and time of the Personality Test will not be entertained by the Commission. Candidates must adhere to the schedule provided to them.
During the application process for the J&K Combined Competitive (Mains) Examination, 2022, some particulars were not obtained from the candidates who qualified for the exam. Therefore, it is crucial for candidates to ensure that all necessary details and documents are in order before the Personality Test to avoid any complications.
