The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released the Provisional Selection List for the academic year 2023. The JKBOPEE, in pursuance of Notification No. 063-BOPEE of 2023 dated 20.08.2023, conducted the Online Counseling for admission to the B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Para-Medical, and B.Sc. Technology Courses. This rigorous process took place from 25-08-2023 to 30-08-2023.

The Provisional Selection List can be easily accessed and downloaded from the official website of the Board: www.jkbopee.gov.in. The candidates who have been provisionally selected are encouraged to check their results on the website.

JKBOPEE BSc Nursing Admission 2023

Selected candidates are required to report to the respective colleges allotted to them for the completion of the admission process. This process will commence from 25.09.2023 and continue until 02.10.2023. During this period, candidates must bring the following original documents:

  1. 12th Class Marks Card: Proof of your academic achievements.
  2. Domicile Certificate: Confirming your residence status in Jammu and Kashmir.
  3. Category Certificate (wherever applicable): If you belong to a reserved category.
  4. Paramedical (12th Based) Diploma (For Lateral Entry candidates only): If applicable.
  5. Any other document as may be required by the College Authorities: Additional documents specified by the college.

Important Dates

  • Last Date for Admission: 02.10.2023, up to 4:00 p.m.
  • Colleges Submission Deadline (if any shortfall): 02.10.2023, up to 5:00 p.m.

Important Notes

  1. Admission is provisional and may be cancelled if false or fabricated information is detected. Legal action may also be initiated.
  2. Concealing information will lead to admission cancellation and fines.
  3. Colleges and institutions are responsible for verifying documents, especially Category Certificates. For Persons with Disabilities, eligibility must align with Indian Nursing Council (INC) Guidelines.
  4. Heads of Institutions are urged to keep admission counters open on holidays to facilitate timely admissions.
  5. Record of admissions and shortfalls must be sent via email on 02.10.2023 by 5:00 p.m.
